How It Works

Take a look at our handy guide showing you how it works...

Get Started

Whether you are a new start up business, or an established business looking to move to e-ccountant from your existing accountant, we make the process extremely simple.

One of our fully-qualified dedicated accountants will be assigned to deal with all aspects of your business’ accountancy and taxation needs throughout the lifetime of your business.

Your dedicated accountant will take a few details from you regarding your business, along with discussing the services that you require from us.

We will then provide you with a Fixed Fee Quotation that is tailored specifically for your business (normally within a few minutes).

Visit our Get Started page or give us a call today on 0203 3226630.

Send your Information to us

When the time comes for us to prepare your Accounts and Tax Return(s) we will let you know. When you have completed the bookkeeping just email or post it across to us (or we will log into your online accounts software).

It really doesn’t matter what bookkeeping method you use (e.g. Online Accounts Portal, Traditional Desktop Software such as Sage, Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet), we can work around your choice of software. Of course, we are always on hand to offer guidance on a suitable bookkeeping package as well.

If you don’t have time to take care of the day-to-day bookkeeping then e-ccountant will be happy to take care of it for you.

We Get To Work

Your Accountant will check over your bookkeeping transactions (or we will take care of the bookkeeping for you if you prefer), making any necessary adjustments where required. As standard, our tax specialists will also identify various tax allowances that can be claimed, in order to reduce your tax bill.

After discussing any queries with you, your Accountant will email a copy of your Draft Accounts,Tax Return(s) and any other reports to you for your review. e-ccountant are always on hand to discuss the figures with you.

We File Your Accounts & Tax Returns

Once you have approved the reports, your Accountant will submit the documentation to HMRC and Companies House as applicable.

e-ccountant will also send out a signed copy of the accounts to you for your records.

After completing the Accounts and Tax Returns, e-ccountant also identify potential future tax planning opportunities that may arise for you.
